​Since 2017, we have been operating in the Cape Verde Islands as freelance sales agents for a resort management company, ensuring that property transactions are handled reliably, transparently and professionally. From 2024, we will also hold our own estate agent licence in the Cape Verde Islands, enabling us to offer you even more direct and legally secure procedures.
As the first German- and Dutch-speaking estate agency on the island of Sal, we bridge two cultures, languages and markets. In this way, we simplify purchase and rental processes for international investors, owners and tenants – from the initial viewing to the final deed of sale.
Our work is based on a strong local network: lawyers, banks and notaries work closely with us, ensuring you receive expert guidance at every step. This ensures smooth transactions, clear communication and secure settlements.
